Hi,

I'm trying to send SMS but I'm getting this error which is mentioned below. I've smpp connection and I've configured as told in this forum. Please help to fix this.

2011-03-17 23:26:19,4D814D52.req,127.0.0.1,+919*********,ERROR: Invalid Source Address - ESME_RINVSRCADR -- SMPP - *.*.*.*:****,Text="testing"

Hi Ranjani,

Invalid source address is an error being returned by your SMS provider. It means that the provider does not allow the sender (source) address you are trying to use.

The default sender address is configured under properties of the connection in the SMSC list.

Hi,

When i send SMS it shows sms submitted. But actually SMS not delivered. I am using Aitel India SIM card.Plese Help Me.

Hi,

As I understand from your post you receive acknowledge for sms-submit message. According to ETSI spec there are some SMS types. One of them is SMS-SUBMIT, it interacts between MS and SMSC. So your message might only show that SMSC got your message.

Hi..my sms dont get delivered to only one bsnl number. that numbr has no dnd activated. stil my msgs dont get delivered. What may be the problem?
