Hi Sir, I can send MMS via NowSMS Lite UI, Web URL even API. But I received status code 503 when tried to send a SMS. I've tried on UI, Web and API. I received 'message submitted' on Web and API. Received 503 immediately when I press 'Send Test SMS' button on UI  What's wrong actually? I can send both MMS and SMS previously, but failed to send SMS recently. Hi, Sorry for the delay in response. Verify that you can actually send an SMS using the built-in messaging client on the phone. Usually this error means the SIM has no more credit. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||

Dear Des, thanks for the reply. i've checked the SIM still have sufficient credit. And it can send out MMS, but cannot send SMS do you have any clue? | |||

Can you send an SMS using the built-in messaging client on the phone? Any chance this is a dual SIM phone? We have seen reports of this error with dual SIM phones (best to avoid). -- Des NowSMS Support | |||

Hi Des, Thank you for the hints!! Realised there was the problem on SIM card that caused SMS were not sent out. Even though I have no idea why MMS is working. Swap to another SIM card and it works again. Appreciate your help. Thanks again! | |||
