Hi, I have two lines in my MMSC.INI file that I don't remember specifically setting and I'm wondering if I can remove them. MMSSMSServerPort=8080 MMSSMSServerURL=http://37.x.x.x:8080 I did a search for MMSSMSServerURL and didn't get an hits. When I do a netstat -a I don't see port 8080 open either, so I'm assuming these two fields are either not used or just aren't valid? Is it safe to remove these two lines from my MMSC.INI file? Thanks, //Robert

Hi Robert, Yes, it is safe to remove them. They are related to a route for converting MMS to SMS with web link. They are left behind if such a route is created, then deleted. As you note, they are not active in this scenario. — Des NowSMS Support

Ah... That makes sense. It must have gotten added when I play around with using MMS to SMS with web link during my early experiments. Thanks! //Robert |
