MMSC Routing -> Direct Delivery (internal)MMSC ->
i add a route and test -> can receive testing MMS (containg nowsms logo) normally

but then i use api or web to send, MMS received but cannot download.

your testing increased the no of MMS sent (VASP) but via api/web, this value does not increase

Are there other routes, or is the only route?

The "test" submits the message directly to a route.

Similarly, via the web interface, there is a route selection option (if enabled).

When submitting via the web, the response for a direct submission will report both MMS and SMS message IDs, like this:

MMSMessageID=20200731-10-1C396E28@dev.nowsms.com
MessageID=SAR-+xxxxxxxxxxx-b5-2-1, Recipient=+xxxxxxxxxxx
MessageID=SAR-+xxxxxxxxxxx-b5-2-2, Recipient=+xxxxxxxxxxx

Otherwise, it will look like this:

MMSMessageID=20200731-10-328ED8E3@dev.nowsms.com

If messages are not getting routed to your direct route, then either make it a default route, or define number prefixes to control the routing.
