I bought a E715 Samsung T Mobile in Malaysia. I'm using it in Sri Lanka where I live. Evrything works fine - except MMS's are sent but not received. The Samsung reseller here cant help! Can anyone here suggest anything. I cannot take it back to Malaysia. GPRS works. SMS works. MMS receiving works. MMS sending appears to work - but does not reach anyone. What do I do? | |||

There are MMS settings in the mobile phone which are operator specific. Generally speaking, the settings for the MMS client require that you specify an MMSC Server URL, GPRS APN (Access Point Name) and IP address of a WAP gateway. These settings are different for every mobile operator. You need to configure the MMS client in your mobile phone to use the appropriate settings for your operator. I downloaded the manual for the E715 from the Samsung web site, but didn't see any information on how to configure these settings.
