Hi, Are you able to send to those numbers with a Starhub SIM in a phone? Are you using the international dialing prefix +91? -bn Bryce Norwood Now SMS/MMS Support

Hi, You may not like may answer, but sometimes you need to validate that services are enabled on the SIM. The most certain way to do this is to temporarily move the SIM into a phone and verify that what you are attempting works from the SIM in a phone. I realize this is difficult in your case, but... That said, looking at your log, I see messages sent to 91 numbers, but no +91 numbers. If you are submitting via HTTP, make sure the + is URL escaped (%2B). -bn Bryce Norwood Now SMS/MMS Support
