Hello, When using mobile app (latest release) if an incoming call is received, nowSMS disconnect from cloud. Is there any way to block incoming calls or stay online even when call is picked up ? | |||

Hi Thomas, That type of behavior (disconnecting) is device and network specific. If this is an LTE device, there may be a setting for whether to use LTE for data only or voice+data. Selecting voice+data should keep the device from disconnecting during the call. Whether or not calls can be blocked is also device and network specific. The best solution, if it is available to you, is to enable call forwarding. If available, this is found under settings in the phone app...look for an "always forward" setting. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
