Hi, I tried sending the MMS attachment with .qcp extension with NowSMS. The message is sent succesfully. But while trying to retrieve the message, the .qcp contents are missing & even the smil is also changed. Does NowSms automatically modify (adaptaion)the contents ? Are the files with .qcp extension supported by NowSms ? Thanks in advance. Regards, Niketan | |||

Hi Niketan, NowSMS does not know the MIME type associated with ".QCP". Edit MMSCTYPE.INI and add the entries to associate a MIME type with this extension, and you should get the results that you expect. Without the MMSCTYPE.INI entry, NowSMS is likely encoding the MIME type as "application/qcp", and the content adaptation is not sending it to the device because that MIME type is not listed as supported in the recipient's UAPROF. -bn | |||
