I am unable to send mms from my nokia 6100 when I configure my mmsc homepage url to my own gateway, all I get is a spinning envelope on my phone and the message stays in my mobile outbox. I verified my operator is using the same GPRS APN and IP for both GPRS and MMS. Pls help. | |||

Put a text file in the MMSCDATA subdirectory of the NowSMS installation. Try to use the browser on the phone to retrieve that text file (http://server.name:mmscHTTPport/filename.txt). This is to confirm that you can get to your server with the WAP browser settings that you are using. (Note that some operator WAP gateways will not connect to non-standard HTTP ports, and may require that you use port 80 as the HTTP port for the MMSC.) What mobile operator are you subscribed to, and what settings are you using in the MMS profile? | |||
