I believe the relevant settings for an MM1 over GPRS connection for Telstra Austrlia are:

GPRS APN: telstra.mms.mnc001.mcc505.gprs
Login Name & Password: Not required
WAP Gateway IP: 10.1.1.155
MMSC Server URL: mmsc.telstra.com:8002/
