We’re still working on a quick start guide, but for now, here is how to get started: 1.) Request access to a free 2-week trial account at https://www.nowsms.com/cloud 2.) Wait for an e-mail containing activation details for your account. 3.) Click on the activation link in the email, and enter a username and password that you will use for future logins. (Additional users can be added to your account later.) 4.) It is necessary to connect an Android phone to the server to enable sending messages. After activation, you will be prompted to add a modem. (If you accidentally close this window, return by selecting Admin/Modems from the menu. 5.) See this link for instructions on preparing the Android device, and installing the Android app: https://www.nowsms.com/nowsms-lite-android-modem-quick-start-guide Skip over the Windows bit in the middle, resume where there is a reference to a Cloud Server ID that must be entered into the Android app. Configure the settings on the device to match the modem settings on the server, and allow approximately 60 seconds to complete the connection. | |||
