Hello! Nowsms installed the version 5.51b and patched up to the version 5.51c. Web server by default on port 8800 I start service. I make changes to options. I try to restart service - receive the error message. The web-server cannot be started as the used port is occupied. It is possible to change port, but after restart of service all repeats. The previous ports remain occupied. In what there can be a problem? System: WinXP PRO SP2 Russian (5.1.2600) Excuse me for bad English  | |||
