I got my self a GSM modem yesterday. And I want my company to have a GSM MODEM interactive menu status. I have licenses of NOWSMS. But purchasing NOWSMS to me currently (I think its not worth it) this is because I don’t know any scripting or i cannot make full use of it. I need help on the interactive menu where by customers send “Help” to the number, the program will automatically reply ” Help topic aviable: H1: sales help H2: Support help H3: downloading help Reply with the code eg. H3 after replying, the msg will then give another command eg customer reply H1 Sales help is possible by calling 123123123 or reply with H1.1 for payment options. or Repl with H1.2 for a operator to call you back. I just cannot understand how am I going to make something out like this. Thank you a lot for those peopel who help me.. | |||

I'm sorry, but I think you need to learn some scripting or hire someone with some familiarity.
