Hello, I have read a lot about DRs, 2 way messaging, difference between “user/Q” and the “sms-in” folders and the logic behind it. Now I have one little question: imagine a situation where we create a new user who is using SMPP connection only ("Enable SMPP Login for this user" is checked). But at the same time we are expecting the incoming messages for this user handled as "2 way messaging". In another words, we need to have a situation, where the user sends out messages with SMPP, and the incoming messages for this user including DRs!, will be routed into 2-way messaging queue and will be handled in respected to it's internal rules instead of been placed to the "/user/Q" folder. Is that possible? Any suggestions are more then welcome! Thanx. Pavel Golin

Hi Pavel, If you don't check "Route received messages to user via SMPP", then they should not go into the user q ... they should go via standard 2-way SMS. -bn

P.S. - There may be some discrepancy in this behaviour as we worked through adding receipt delivery support. But in v5.51k or later, it should work as I describe. |
