I tried today to install this software and run an SMSC via my mobile phone modem. I checked that every SMS sent via WEBSITE is charged in my pre-paid account at 10 cents each. My intention is to offer free SMS to my website visitors. And this way is impossible to offer this, as thousands of SMS should be sent daily. Anyone can help me ? Thank you | |||

Sorry, no, I can't help you. Generally speaking, NowSMS is not a solution for free SMS. SMS is a big money maker for the mobile operators, and they like to make sure that they are getting paid. There are some free SMS web sites, but, if they do survive, they make their money to subsidize their services through advertising revenue. You can look into bundles that your mobile operator might offer for so many messages per month on a SIM contract. But generally speaking, unfortunately, it doesn't sound like a viable business plan for your web site. Maybe you can find an alternative somewhere else. Good luck. | |||
