We've just bought NOWSMS 2007 and are having strange problems with the size of the NOWSMS window. It is sufficiently large that the OK/CANCEL APPLY buttons at the bottom of many windows disappear from sight (even when we remove the windows task bar). This happens both with a laptop screen and our 20inch monitors. You can only minimise or maximise the window size. How do I change the window size so I can see it all? It is making development rather fiddly. Thanks Simon | |||

Hi Simon, Unfortunately, if the window size is smaller than 768 vertical (e.g., 1024 x 768), then you are correct, it is almost impossible to work with the dialog. You can use Alt-A to apply on all pages except "SMSC" and "Serial #" where we seem to have remapped Alt-A to other functions. (In this case, you can switch to another page, and press Alt-A, which will apply changes from all pages.) There is no short cut for Ok ... but the Alt-A shortcut should help you out somewhat for now. It looks like we were able to previously get by on an 800x600 display, but some of the dialogs had more options added which made them a little larger. I'm going to put a request into our engineering queue, but I suspect it's going to take a little while to complete. We do appreciate the feedback though ... this is an issue we will be addressing, we just can't address really quickly at this moment. -bn | |||
