Hello There I'm having the same problem as that refered to in post http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/1/17703.h tml I was wondering if any one has come up with a solution for this. The problem is that Wap push messages sent via NowSMS (operator COMCEL and MOVISTAR - telefonica) in Colombia fail to arrive. In some cases, the destination phone gets a sms message with ?????L instead of the wap push message. Any help would be very much appreciated. appart from that, NowSMS trully rocks !!! | |||

Hi, Try editing SMSGW.INI, and under the [SMSGW] header, add: BinaryDCS=4 (Restart the NowSMS services after making this edit.) See if that makes a difference, if it doesn't, then it is possible that your operator won't allow binary messages to be submitting via the GSM modem interface. (This happens mostly in countries where there is a mix of GSM and CDMA customers, because WAP push formats are not compatible between GSM and CDMA.) -bn | |||
