Sir, According to your documentation, all sms send out are noted down in SMSout & all delivery reports recieved are noted down in SMSIN. But to my surprise, SMS send are noted in SMSOUT but delivery reports received are sometime noted in SMSIN & Sometime in SMSOUT. Why? What changes in configuration should i make to have all send sms noted in SMSOUT & Delivery reports in SMSIN. Besides, I have also noted that nowsms takes four to five seconds in receiving sms from the application. Why? Pls reply soon. iank | ||||

Hi, did you bind both, in the INI as well as on the URL to ensure that the DR work perfectly.. second issue is to enable transceiver and see the response... I face similar cases and it was solved by many mixed solutions.. Salim | ||||

uncheck "receive SMS messages" on TX and TRX uplinks, that should fix it. | ||||

If any of you are still experiencing problems, I'd like more detail about what exactly you are seeing. Excerpts from the SMSOUT-yyyymmdd.LOG and SMSIN-yyyymmdd.LOG files would be helpful ... together with an explanation of what you are doing and what you observe. -bn | ||||

Hi Bryce, i hope you well I wanted to test the latest version 2008, and therefore no "Delivery Report" working. plz, found atached all log files. (there is no SMSIN log files generated). many many thanks

Hi Walou, It appears that you have everything configured correctly. It is very possible that your SMS provider either: 1.) Does not support delivery reports 2.) Does not have delivery reports enabled for your account (it might cost extra) 3.) Does not support delivery reports for your destination operator Unfortunately, I think you will have to ask them for more information. -bn | ||||
