I testing out the trial version, but the speed is only 1 sms per minute. I can see this from log file details. The trial specified for 30 messages per minute. Is it due to my setup or the trail version it self. Will the license version really can perform as specified in the license?

Hi, Make sure you have not installed one of the various license cracks that float around the internet. (If you downloaded NowSMS from a web site other than ours, it might have even been included in the install.) One of the symptoms of an using an invalid serial number is that messages are sent at a rate of 1 per minute. If you are encountering this problem, I would suggest going to the "Serial #" page of the configuration dialog, and removing any listed serial numbers. A trial installation will not show any serial numbers in the list. If you remove a serial number, restart the service to get it back to trial mode. -- Des NowSMS Support

Bizarre. If you look at the SMSOUT-yyyymmdd.LOG file, are the messages being sent exactly 1 minute apart? If it is, there is some sort of serialisation problem. If they are not exactly one minute apart (e.g., timing appears more random), then it may just be a slow modem or operator network. But 1 message per minute would be VERY unusual. Enable the SMSDEBUG.LOG, using the checkbox on the "Serial #" page. Try sending a couple more messages, and post the SMSDEBUG.LOG in reply here. That will give us a better picture of the message flow. -bn |
