I have NOWSMS v5.0 connected to T68i using data cable and was able to send outbound SMS (text, OTA, etc) However, when I tried to use NOWSMS to process inbound SMS (by sending a text SMS to the T68i from another phone), the inbound SMS is received by the T68i as a normal SMS and was not forwarded to NOWSMS. Is this the correct behaviour? On the NOWSMS "2-Way" setting I enabled "Process Received SMS Messages" and have the following entry in the SMS Command table: SMS Cmd prefix: * Command to Execute: c:\windows\win32\cmd.exe /c echo Echo @@FULLSMS@@ I left the "Command returns response text" unchecked. Hi, On the "SMSC" page of the NowSMS configuration dialog, highlight your modem defintion, and press "Properties". Make sure that "Receive SMS Messages" is checked, and that "SMS Message Storage" is set for "Default". You should still expect the T68i to beep when it receives an SMS message, but NowSMS will pull it off of the phone. If you have those settings in place, but it's still not working, then I'd like to see a debug log to compare and see if there is anything different about how your T68i responds compared to mine. Manually edit SMSGW.INI, and under the [SMSGW] section header, add Debug=Yes. Then restart the NowSMS services. Send another message into the phone ... then e-mail the SMSDEBUG.LOG to nowsms@now.co.uk, or post it in reply here. -bn | |||
