Where to get the account for http and smpp method?

You get an HTTP or SMPP account from an SMS service provider. SMS isn't like the internet ... somebody has to pay for the SMS message to be sent over the mobile operator network.

I stil cannot received mms message from now sms gateway.... The test mms from www.nowmmms.co.uk can received, but not from the installed gateway. My phone did show mms message coming in, but the signal indication gone without receiving anything. What will be the problem?

Ok. If you're receiving the test message from nowmms.com then that is a good sign. I'd recommend taking a look at "Step 5" in the link below for suggestions of what to look at: http://www.nowsms.com/Getting%20Started.htm Most likely the issue is that the "Local Host Name or IP Address" configured on the "MMSC" page of the configuration dialog does not resolve to a host name or IP address that is publicly accessible over the internet ... or you are retrieving the MMS message via an operator WAP gateway that does not support content servers on ports other than 80, in which case you must reconfigure the MMSC to use HTTP port 80 on an available IP address. -bn |
