Hello, We have setup 3 users and we have set their queue threshold to be 3. The problem is that the system waits for 3 successful sent messages (OK) before it starts sending messages for the other users. Is this the way it should be? I am asking because we have a large number of sms that can not be sent for various reasons (ie lack of credit so the provider rejects them) so this delays the processing of the other users' queues. | |||

Yes, that is the way that the threshold is designed to work. It is not expecting large numbers of messages being rejected. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
