Hi
Using my mobile phone (service provider MTS-Russia) I can not send sms messages to some GSM providers in France / do not know for which reason but all incoming sms blocked there.
In this case will your gateway allow me to send sms messages to the GSM providers in France?

Hi Nikolai,

This indicates that your mobile operator does not have an SMS interconnect agreement with the operators to which you are unable to send messages. (About a year ago, several of the major operators in France raised their termination charges for SMS message interconnections. Many other European operators followed. It is likely that your mobile operator has not reached an agreement over these charges with the operators in question.)

When you configure NowSMS, it is possible to define multiple SMSC connections, and you can define that different recipient address masks (i.e., country codes) are routed out through different SMSC connections. So some messages might get routed through the GSM modem, while other messages get routed through an SMS service provider.

NowSMS is not an SMS service provider, only middleware software for connecting to SMS service providers and GSM modems. But you could certainly add a connection to an SMS service provider for routing messages to France.
