It wasn't me.

For what it worth, Sprint PCS in the US is a CDMA operator.

The message format for sending WAP push in a CDMA environment is different from the GSM environment.

NowSMS v5.50 can support WAP Push in a CDMA environment, however it requires a connection to an SMPP-based SMSC which supports WDP adaptation for CDMA SMS.

NowSMS has been deployed directly on some CDMA operator networks to provide WAP push and MMS functionality. However, if you are not connecting directly to the CDMA operator's SMSC, this "WDP Adaptation" functionality is generally not available in service provider SMSCs.

All this said, I have not had any experience sending WAP push to the Sprint PCS network. I have heard rumours that Sprint PCS does not actually use CDMA SMS for WAP Push, but instead uses a push implementation that is proprietary to their network. I do not know whether that is true or not.
