Ram, I just tried it here, and didn't encounter any problem. That error code is being returned by the SMPP server. So I can't imagine what it is complaining about. What does the SMSOUT-yyyymmdd.LOG file show for the data of the messages being sent out? When I send your above message, it goes out as 3 message parts. Do you get this error for all 3 parts of the message? | ||||

Bryce attached is the log file for today concerning ur question my answer is yes it went out as 3 messages and i got the error for the 3 messages

BTW it is working fine with the operator logos, caller groups logos and ringing tones | ||||

Hi Ram, I was hoping to catch the log file after the retries had expired, as it would then show the hex codes of the message that it was attempting to send out. (It doesn't show the message data in "retry pending" log entries, but it does when it gives up retrying.) Do you have this information in any of your logs? Or actually, you should have message files with .ERR extension in the Q subdirectory of NowSMS. Could I see those? I'd like to see if that gives me any clue as to what the SMSC could be complaining about. As I've mentioned, this same message is sent fine through two SMPP connections that I tried for testing. -bn | ||||

P.S. - Can your service provider offer any explanation of why the messages are being rejected? | ||||
