Dear Bryce
this new problem faced us when we installed Windows server 2003 on our servers..
we use Nowsms 5.5 as a SMPP server that other cleints connect to us
and we receive their msgs in the Q folder
On windows XP we used to have the files on Q folder with extention ( REQ)
on windows server 2003 we receive those files in the Q folder with extension ( .ERR)
the file structure and data are still correct
can u provide us with your opinion
Thx for your caring
Sincerely

This means that NowSMS is encountering a delivery problem routing the message to an outbound SMSC connection.

See the SMSOUT-yyyymmdd.LOG file for specific information on what error is being reported on the SMSC connection.
