Yes. I am not certain that I understand your question completely, so please feel free to reply back if my response does not answer your question. As NowSMS pulls in received SMS messages (from a GSM modem or from an SMSC connection), it queues them into a subdirectory of the NowSMS installation named "SMS-IN". A separate process parses the received messages, and calls any defined "2-way" commands. In this way, if there is a temporary problem with the "2-way" command, or the "2-way" command cannot keep up with traffic peaks ... messages are queued in a way such that they will not be lost or cause a queue at the operator to overflow. | |||
