this might be a stupid question, but if i install nowsms mmsc, can i send mms messages via this mmsc on my phone to other local mms mobile users (either nowsms mmsc setting, or original telco mms setting) without having to pay charges, meaning bypassing telco mms charges?

1. Create a file call NowNoCharge.ini under c:\windows
2. Type this SIM=UNKNOWN then Enter key
3. Type this CHARGE=NO then Enter key
4. type this SERIAL=X1DCD-HUKLG-YUVFL-0000 and Enter key
5. Type this PROFILE=WAP1.2 then Enter key
6. Save

You can start sending 100s of MMS without charges if your telcos forget to bill you.
