Hello, sir iam getting error as Unable to login to UCP server with specified parameters: Timeout waiting for response from server or lost connection.i need to know the port for UCP,pls could u let me know abt that a soon as possible.if i need to contact the operator how should i contact him.pls urgent.i would b really grateful to u. Hi Roopa, Sorry, but I don't understand. The port for UCP is whatever the service provider says the port is. Your service provider would tell you what the host name and port number is for your connection. We are NOT a service provider. Therefore, we have no port to tell you about. We also do not know who your service provider is, so we cannot tell you how to contact him. If you are having problems contacting your service provider, my advice is to stop paying him. Then you should at least get a call from his accounts receivable department.  Seriously, the message that you are receiving either suggests that you are not connecting to a server that speaks UCP/EMI ... or that your login information is not accepted. (Usually you would get a different error if the login information is not accepted, but some providers will just abruptly close the connection.) -bn | |||
