Hi, We found another strange issue, %Users%\Q folder contains strange files like GW016D2B7A7D.req. When we open it in notepat it looks like [ErrorDetail] RetryCount=1 LastRetryTime=20110104142042 That file is locked by the system and we can't delete it until we disable SMPP access to that user. But the main problem - those files are blocking normal DR to be forwarded to an user. Could you please look into the problem. Regards, Alex K. | |||

Hi Alex, We know what is creating these files, it can occur when a client has more than one receive (or transceive) session open. And it is a bug triggered by a specific 2010.05 change. A fix is pending but if you can avoid multiple receive connections from clients, it will help short term. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
