Hi,

We found another strange issue, %Users%\Q folder contains strange files like GW016D2B7A7D.req. When we open it in notepat it looks like
[ErrorDetail]
RetryCount=1
LastRetryTime=20110104142042
That file is locked by the system and we can't delete it until we disable SMPP access to that user. But the main problem - those files are blocking normal DR to be forwarded to an user. Could you please look into the problem.

Regards,
Alex K.

Hi Alex,

Are you saying that there is no other content in those REQ files except for this [Error Detail] section?

Hi Alex,

We know what is creating these files, it can occur when a client has more than one receive (or transceive) session open. And it is a bug triggered by a specific 2010.05 change.

A fix is pending but if you can avoid multiple receive connections from clients, it will help short term.

Any ideas when that bug can be resolved?
