I'm testing the system, I have two GSM modems, when I'm sending messages to the system log appears the message was sent, but is not coming on mobile phones. When I sent 3 5 messages they arrive, but when I try to send only the first several arrive! Do you have any special configuration for it to limit the transmission? Have a suggestion? I really liked the software. | |||

Hi Nadlo, I have not seen any issues like this. The NowSMS logs (SMSOUT-yyyymmdd.LOG) are showing that the messages were sent to the modem with status OK? What modems are you using? Do the modems start sending again later when you submit another group of messages? -- Des NowSMS Support | |||

Still not sending in the log file everything seems normal. To be clear, at present, none of the messages that you send are being received by their recipients? Have you exceeded quotas that might exist for the number of messages allowed for your account? Or out of credit on a pre-paid SIM? (Usually if this happens, messages are rejected with an error code instead of accepted but not delivered.) If you move the SIM from the modem into a phone, can the phone send messages using that SIM? For the destination number, is 558 the country code? If yes, does it work if you put a + in front of the number? Number plan rules can vary by country, but usually if a country code is included, the number must start with + ... otherwise it should be in local format. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
