Hi,

If only the only SMSC connection option is an HTTP SMSC connection, then you are attempting to use an OEM serial number for the product. There are OEM partners that licensed limited functionality versions of NowSMS.

The "Serial #" page in NowSMS should not list any serial numbers if you are running a trial version.

If your problem is not related to the attempted use of an OEM serial number, I would like to see a screen capture of the "Serial #" page of the NowSMS configuration, as well as a screen capture of the screen that is displayed when you attempt to add an SMSC connection.

Hi,

That version of NowSMS is more than 4 years old.

Recent versions of NowSMS are more tolerant of modems that do not support the full set of GSM AT commands, but that still support the AT commands essential for sending SMS.

I would suggest trying the modem with a current version of NowSMS. Current version downloads are at: http://www.nowsms.com/download-free-trial
