Hi,

Those error code numbers are all provider specific, so there is not a general reference table that you can consult. You need to ask your provider what these error codes mean when received from their system.

Sometimes they equate to the error codes defined in the SMPP specification, so you may also want to consult that at http://www.nowsms.com/smpp-3-4-protocol-specification-archive

The error code could be hex or decimal...it is completely up to the provider.

Reserved means that it is not defined by the specification.

As I mentioned, any of these codes tend to be provider specific. They are not required to follow any particular specification.
