SMPP clients are defined under "SMS Users" with the "Enable SMPP login" setting.

An API is defined to allow these accounts to be added, modified or deleted via HTTP. This is described here: http://www.nowsms.com/provisioning-sms-and-mmsc-user-accounts-via-http-2

The admin username/password that is used to access this interface is any user account defined in NowSMS under “SMS Users” with the “Enable Admin Access” checked.
