Dear Support, I have no issue for configuring delivery status,but my issue when there is a big campaign. NowSMS considers the delivery Status as In SMS,so if I have 100,000 OUT SMS , I will receive 100,000 INSMS and this will delays the 2way SMS Services that I have. Any Solution for this? Thanks. Hi Omar, NowSMS does not throttle 2-way command processing of delivery reports. Additionally, NowSMS maintains two separate queues for 2-way command processing ... one for delivery reports and one for normal inbound messages ... both of which are processed independently. At least that is how it is in recent versions ... if you are running a 4+ year old version, I believe this was not always the case. So I would have to ask what version you are running. There is also an issue of how quickly your 2-way command can process the received messages and whether multiple concurrent commands can improve performance. Hi Omar, Your options will be limited in that version. 2009 and later versions use separate queues for delivery reports vs. regular inbound messages, so that delivery reports do not impact 2-way command speed. The 2WaySMSThreadCount setting described in this article: http://www.nowsms.com/2-way-sms-command-speed-and-performance-updated ... should exist in NowSMS 2006 ... and might offer some benefits, but only if you are running a 1 message per second (60 messages per minute) license or larger. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
