Good day, I'm trying to setting up a “SMSC” connection via GSM Modem, but in SMSC tab, the “SMSC” configuration dialog not showing when i click in "ADD" button, i've only the HTTP Connection dialog that appear indeed. Do i miss something somewhere or have to activate or click some options. While waiting, Thanks for advance | |||

Hi, If there is only an HTTP SMSC option (no GSM modem option, no SMPP option), then this indicates that you are using an OEM licensed version of NowSMS that only supports HTTP SMSC connections. This limited version is bundled with some GSM test equipment, and is intended for use only with that GSM test equipment. The only solution is to uninstall the OEM version, and reinstall using the trial version at http://www.nowsms.com/download-free-trial Or if you need to continue to use the HTTP SMSC connection with existing GSM test equipment, you can remove the OEM serial number from the "Serial #" page, and revert to a trial version to access GSM modem functionality...or install the trial version on a different PC. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
