Hi, My first question is ... does NowSMS report that it is receiving any messages? On the "Service" page, there is an "SMS Received" count, is it increasing as messages are received? If NowSMS is not showing any received SMS, what are your SMSC configurations? -- Des NowSMS Support

Hi It works perfectly. I have also enabled POP3 and SMS are received in MS Outlook. Here is screen shot of SMS count http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-QLFfhP2cit0/VfhYFID3-gI/AAAAAAAAAxY/syKOGbUNAYo/s1600/ Received%2BSMS.jpg

Hi, Are the received SMS being routed to the POP3 client? (Route to local user setting in SMSC connection properties.) If yes, then received messages will bypass 2-way SMS processing (or SMS reply to email processing). -- Des NowSMS Support

Hi Yes SMS were being routed to local user (POP3). I have disabled and works perfectly. Can I use both features at same time I mean 2 way and POP3?

Hi, The short answer is No. We would prefer that customers use 2-way commands which can take action on a received message, and also forward the message to an email address. The longer answer is that there is an advanced configuration setting that will do what you want. Under the [SMSGW] header in SMSGW.INI, add DuplicateUserMessagesFor2Way=Yes When the above setting is present, each time a message is deposited in a local user mailbox, it is duplicated and posted to the 2-way queue for processing. -- Des NowSMS Support

Reviewing the settings that you posted, I should also caution you about the "Automatically Route SMS Replies to E-Mail” setting. When “Automatically Route SMS Replies to E-Mail” is enabled, if an SMS or MMS message is received from a phone number that has previously been sent to via the E-Mail gateway, any 2-way commands will not be processed, and the content of the message will be sent back as a reply to the last e-mail address that sent a message to that phone number. This is because the setting is designed for scenarios where multiple agents or workers share the same NowSMS e-mail gateway. This is described in more detail in Step 4 of the following document: http://www.nowsms.com/email-to-sms-mms-gateway-with-nowsms -- Des NowSMS Support

Hi It works great. Thanks. Can NOW SMS (2 Way) delete keyword when forwarding to e-mail?

Hi, Yes, the "Forward to email address" has some support for mailto: URL parameters, and can use replaceable parameters like other 2-way commands. Here are some examples: nowsms@nowsms.com?body=@@SMS@@ The above sets the email message body to @@SMS@@, which is the message text without keyword. nowsms@nowsms.com?subject=SMS+Message+Received&body=@@SMS@@ The above adds a fixed subject. nowsms@nowsms.com?subject=@@SMS@@&body=@@SMS@@ The above uses the text without keyword as subject and body. -- Des NowSMS Support
