Hello I'm not professional with using Now sms so please answer this question If i have 2 users the first user trying to send 100,000 sms at 9:00 am and the second user trying to send just 5 sms at 9:05 am so the ordering inside the queue will sorting for the first user the for the second user The question, Is the logic that the second user wait 100k to send his 5 sms ?? Hi, The default behavior is to process up to around 30 messages at a time from the first user before giving attention to other user accounts. (I say around 30 because the default number is based on the license speed.) This behavior is enabled if “Separate outbound message queues for each user” is checked on the "SMS Users" page, which is the default setting.
