Couple questions when using NowSMS as SMPP service: Is there any equivalent to SMSOUTQ that provides the current depth of individual user queues instead of an aggregate across all users? The current value in SMSOUTQ includes messages in a retry state. Is it possible to separate this into a count that shows pending 1st time messages and a count that shows retry messages? Thanks! | |||

Hi Lee, Unfortunately, no. Both ideas are very good, and I will forward them to our product development team. I particularly would like to see a queue size that does not include retries, as we have had some support issues complaining about queue sizes where the issue was retries for particular offline subscribers. It would be better if there was a separate size report for pending first attempt and retry items. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
