Hello, I am using latest version of nowsms which is 15 modem licensed, but I am getting very low TPS. this is about 30 sms per minute. Previously I used nowsms 2012 version where I get more high tps than now. Can you please help me to out of this issue. Thanks Arefin Bhuiyan | |||

Sorry, I was expecting company details, as well so that I could validate the license, but re-reading your problem description, I think I know what is wrong. At one time, you were using NowSMS Lite, and a Lite speed limit has taken effect. To resolve, go to the service page and UNcheck the “run as service” boxes to remove the services. Then check the boxes to install the services. This will ensure they are not enabled in Lite mode. | |||

Hi, I am confused. You have a license for 15 modems. That license only supports outbound modem connections. SMPP inbound connections are supported, but outbound SMPP connections are not. (Standard mpm/mps licenses can be added, modems continue unthrottled when a license is combined.) To add to my confusion, you were running NowSMS 2012, but the “modem licenses” first became available in 2015. It surprises me that the 2012 version even worked with a license issued 2015 or later. I’d suggest contacting our sales department to try to work through this. Contact keith@nowsms.com. | |||

The quickest suggestion I can offer is that you revert to the older version as it apparently was allowing things it should not. | |||

Once I used nowsms 2012 version. Now I am using latest version which I have downloaded from this link https://www.nowsms.com/download-free-trial?dl=462357 And I purchased 15 modems license. My question is very simple "Why only 30 sms is sending by 1 min". just solve my this problem. if I follow your suggestion (To resolve, go to the service page and UNcheck the “run as service” boxes to remove the services. Hi, As Des mentioned earlier, you need to contact our sales department. I understand they have already reached out to you via email, and you should follow up with them. The license that you reference is for the NowSMS Modem Edition, and the software is functioning correctly. That product edition only supports modems for outbound SMS sending. (It can function as an SMPP server and accept SMPP clients, but it cannot use SMPP for upstream/outbound SMSC connections.)
