Hi Support, After update the licenses, i can not add the modems. I try to restart the service several times already. But still can not add the modem. The page keep hang / not responding when try to add modem. We check internet connection is okay..but when add the modems it become hang the page. Could u pls help us asap? Serial# 20040 & 20027 | |||

Hi, I'm sorry, but I don't understand. I need to understand exactly what steps you are taking. And what type of modem connection. (I'm assuming Android, but local wifi or remote direct?) Generally speaking, there are some timeouts that can take 2 minutes to respond. Also, generally speaking, I'd recommend "Remote Direct" (which should just be called "Direct") for most installations. In the "local WiFi" mode, NowSMS has to scan the local network for modems. Hi Bryce, Actually we have upgrade from 30 modems license to 40 modems license.. But, after i upgrade the license..seems like i can not add more modem. It become not responding / hang when add modem. I've done restart too many times after upgrade license but still same. Yes, im using remote direct mode for each of connected modem. | |||

Yes. Sometimes when set route name at properties. |
