Good day: After setting up SMPP connection. The connection was connected but on the Service tab it shows "unable to connect". No message can be sent via that connection. I see the below in the SMPPDEBUG (0000022C) 66.249.144.36 --: SMPPUnbind: Got an SMPP response. Please help | |||

Hi, The most likely issue is that your provider limits the number of concurrent connections (and there may be a delay after you disconnect before they release the count from the previous connection to allow another). By default, NowSMS creates 2 connections (1 sender and 1 receiver). In the advanced settings for the SMPP Connection, enable transceiver mode/single connection to reduce the number of connections. If this doesn't resolve the issue, enable the SMSDEBUG.LOG (checkbox on the Serial # page). This will enable the SMPPDEBUG.LOG. The debug info you are seeing is a test connection from the configuration UI to validate the settings...debug info is automatically enabled for these connections...and the go entry you posted is normal for a graceful closing of an SMPP connection. -bn Bryce Norwood Now SMS/MMS Support | |||
