Hi Ramón, As part of the ETSi/3GPP standard commands, no. However, some modules do have extended commands. For example, Wavecom modem chipsets have commands defined to lock the modem to a specific cell tower frequency. AT+CCELL=xx tells the modem to connect to the cell tower at frequency xx. The AT+CCED=0,3 command can be used to query available cells. The docs give the following example response: +CCED:208,20,0002,0418,37,706,24,,,0 ,,,0,208,20,0006,989b,37,835,20,208,2 0,0002,02a9,37,831,12,208,20,0101,79 66,34,818,13,208,20,0006,9899,39,713 ,9,208,20,0002,0a72,33,711,12,208,20, 0101,03fb,36,824,10,1 OK The response contains info on the current connected (main) cell and up to 6 neighbor cells. The main cell has 13 parameters, and the neighbors have 7 parameters. The cell frequency is the 6th parameter for each cell. Looking at the example...I've bolded the cell frequency. Main: 208,20,0002,0418,37,706,24,,,0 ,,,0 Neighbor 1: 208,20,0006,989b,37,835,20 Neighbor 2: 208,2 0,0002,02a9,37,831,12 Neighbor 3: 208,20,0101,79 66,34,818,13 Neighbor 4: 208,20,0006,9899,39,713 ,9 Neighbor 5: 208,20,0002,0a72,33,711,12 Neighbor 6: 208,20, 0101,03fb,36,824,10,1 -- Des NowSMS Support

Hi, again. i was just try and my modem support +ccell command. But I have a question (in addition to the above). for example: - I set AT+CCELL=818 - modem response +ccell 818,xx But later I have a lot of same response. just they appear +ccell 818,xx +ccell 818,xx +ccell 818,xx +ccell 818,xx +ccell 818,xx +ccell 818,xx +ccell 818,xx ...all time.

Hi Ramón, I have limited experience with these commands, but I do believe the setting needs to be re-applied after a restart (and possibly also if the application closes/reopens the modem connection). If using NowSMS, I would add CommandPostInit1=AT+CCELL=818 to the appropriate modem section in SMSGW.INI. What value are you seeing for xx? 0 is OK...3 means connection lost.
