We are using the NowSMS2006-downloaded on 14th March 2006. We have made the configuration for for the 2Way as mentioned in the .pdf file. We are using USB port and Nokia6630. However, although the messages I send are reaching the Q folder , these messages are not sent to the http command configured in the 2Way SMS. | |||

Hi, I'm not really clear on your configuration. Let me explain. If the messages are in the "Q" folder, then this indicates that they are queued for outbound delivery ... meaning that they are queued to be sent out via the USB connection to the mobile phone. NowSMS only routes received messages to the HTTP commands defined in the "2-way" table ... meaning messages that were received over the modem interface. These messages are queued in the "SMS-IN" directory before they are routed to a 2-way command. That said, I think I understand your problem. You are using a Nokia 6630 as the modem. There is a limitation of the GSM modem interface in all Nokia Series 60 phones. These phones allow you to send SMS messages via the GSM modem interface, but the GSM modem interface in these phones does not support receiving SMS messages. Because of this limitation, you are not going to see any received SMS messages routed to a 2-way SMS command. -bn |
