Hi, We're currently using the 2-way sms feature of NOWSMS to route sms messages sent from mobile phone(A) to an SMSC(1) with gsm modem and a SIM in our NOWSMS gateway system. Then the 2-way is setup with a prefix so that the command to execute accesses the HTTP and routes the sms to a different mobile phone(B) using a different SMSC(2) to send the routed SMS sent by mobile phone(A) Our problem is that it appears that any mobile phone with a SIM can send an SMS (with correct prefix) to the phone number associated with of our SMSC(gsm modem with SIM) and use the 2-way setup we have. My question is: IS THERE A FEATURE IN NOW SMS WHICH CAN FILTER SENDER PHONE NUMBERS OF INBOUND SMS'S SO THAT ONLY THOSE IN THE APPROVED/WHITELIST LIST WILL BE PROCESSED BY THE NOWSMS GATEWAY AND IGNORE PHONE NUMBERS NOT IN THE LIST?} | |||

Hi Gino, No. If you need that logic, you would need to include it in your script, so that the script checks whatever numbers are authorised to use the script. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
