We got a 5mpm licence for the MMSC. How does the limitation mechanism work? What if 6 different MS send a MMS within a minute? Will one of them gets rejected? Does the sender gets a sending failure? Or is the 6th MMS queued in the MMSC and delivered later? thanks | |||
