I'm sorry, but I don't know. I have checked their web site, but it does not provide any significant detail. NowSMS uses the PDU mode AT commands defined in the ETSI GSM 07.05 Specification to send/receive SMS messages. Some of the MMS functionality makes use of GPRS related AT commands defined in ETSI GSM 07.07 (specifically, AT+CGDCONT and ATD*99#). You could ask the manufacturer if those commands are supported. Also, from what I've seen on the manufacturer's website, that product is not a complete modem, it is a "module". Which means that it is a circuit board that you need to integrate into a hardware solution. Quoting the web site (enfora.com): "The Enabler-IIG is designed to work as an embedded component in portable and handheld computing devices. Variants are available with or without an onboard SIM carrier to adapt to the form factor requirements of OEMs and integrators." If you're looking for a complete external modem solution, that looks like it would be their Spider range of products. Unfortunately, I can find no documentation that states what AT commands they support, and whether or not they support the specifications that I referenced above. So I would suggest asking the manufacturer for more information. -bn |
