Hi, Is there a maximum message size that the MMSC will handle in one MMS. Is there a limitto a video size in one MMS? Thanks | |||

Hi Marcus, Any limits that we encounter are usually on the phone side, where size limits are published in the UAPROF file for the handset. It is rare to see MMS clients that support much larger than 300KB in size for the total message. MMS conformance specifications prior to 1.2 classified devices, and none of the classifications covered messages sizes larger than 300KB. (MMS 1.3 does add additional classifications.) NowSMS looks at the device's UAPROF file to determine the device limit. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
