Hi Alma, Do you have the most recent license code that you received from us? Maybe it was not loaded on your server? (On the Serial # page in NowSMS, load or add the most recent code to update it.) You can also check the text of the license file which should display the maintenance expiration date in text. Perhaps the date was entered wrong on our end.
