NowSMS processes all MMS except for the once sent from iPhone. Verified that messages arrive on the SIM card. SMS are being processed no problem. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. | |||

Hi Vlad, There's nothing fundamentally different about iPhone MMS (except that iPhone to iPhone messages bypass MMS when iMessage is enabled ... these are the blue, as opposed to green, messages). I assume you are receiving the MMS messages with a GSM modem. Enable the SMSDEBUG.LOG. Send in one MMS that works successfully and one that does not. We'll compare the differences by looking at SMSDEBUG.LOG and see where things are breaking down. Before you do that ... I do have a theory ... iPhones send higher quality images and videos than most other devices. Depending on the operator, they usually have size limits of 1MB or 2MB for MMS message size. Until very recently, the preconfigured operator MMS settings in NowSMS have been set to use WAP1/WSP gateway/proxy settings. These gateways often have a limit of around 300KB, so its possible the gateway is choking on a larger message. I'd recommend switching over to the WAP2/HTTP settings for your operator. Thank you, Des. As soon as I replaced the old mmsop.ini file with the new one, all messages started to come through. Thank you again for your quick response and your assistance. | |||
